The tools are free

You can use the tools without an account or payment. We may change them or take them offline at any time.

Check everything yourself

The tools show data from public records, and that data can contain mistakes. A source that we can't find may still be real. A source that we do find may not fit your paper. Check every source and citation before you use it.

Your schoolwork is your responsibility

You're responsible for how you use the tools and for following your school's rules, including its rules on AI tools and academic integrity.

Fair use

Don't try to overload, break, or copy the site. Don't use it for anything illegal.

No warranty

We provide the free tools as they are, without promises that they'll be correct or always available. We're liable only where the law says we must be, for example for intent or gross negligence. Consumer rights that can't be waived stay in place.

Law

German law applies, unless the law of your home country protects you more and can't be set aside.
